Is it safe to order on-line? Yes, our website uses a secure server to process all orders. How can I pay for my items? We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover personal check or money order. Orders may be processed on-line via our secured site or via phone, fax or mail. Are taxes & shipping fees included? No, when applicable, both will be added to your total when ordering on-line or by phone. Residents outside of the state of When will my order be shipped & what method will be used? Orders ship within 24 - 48 hours of receipt. Custom orders, large or multiple orders will require additional lead time especially during the holidays. You may contact us with questions concerning this or we will notify you if this is the case. Standard shipping is via Fed Ex or UPS ground. How will I be able to track my order? Upon processing your order, A Gift Because…LLC will send you a confirmation e-mail which will include the tracking # on orders shipped via Fed Ex or UPS. You can track your order using their web-site. Will my basket look exactly like the one shown on the web-site? Every effort is made to recreate the exact look. However, due to circumstances beyond our control on occasion a product may be temporarily out of stock or unavailable. We reserve the right to substitute product of equal or greater value. While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that the only the ingredients shown are included in your gift it is likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain, dairy or soy products. If your potential recipient or others that might consume the gift are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety, we highly recommend a purchase of a non-food item gift.
