February is Relationship Wellness Month

The month of February is dedicated to relationship wellness. Why not evaluate your relationships with your clients, customers or staff? Did you know that solid business relationships are built on trust? Here are a few tips to guide you as you continue to build a strong business relationships... 

  1. Provide quality products or services and offer a guarantee for them. This helps to build trust and shows that you stand behind your products.
  2. Be fully accessible to others.  Make your business easy to reach by including all contact information on business literature and advertisements. On recorded messages, state when you will return calls or provide an alternative way to contact you. The same applies for emails. Use an auto responder stating when one can expect to hear from you.
  3. After meeting a new prospect, follow up immediately with an email at the very least. Take it a step further by sending a personal note or card recapping when and where you met or other notes to help trigger their memory.
