Method of Payment:
We accept MasterCard, Visa, Discover, Debt Card, *Personal Checks, *Company Checks, and *Money Orders.
*When using these methods of payment there will be a 10 day hold before shipping an order.
A fee of $35.00 will be assessed due to insufficient funds.
A 50% deposit is required for all high volume or custom orders.

Orders are shipped anywhere in the Continental USA via Fed Ex or UPS ground. Shipping charges are based on size, weight & destination. Smaller sized gift items may be shipped via USPS upon request.

Refund Policy:
If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase a full refund will be made if merchandise is returned unopened within 7 days. You must contact us immediately via phone or e-mail for return authorization and to discuss your concerns. In order to process your return, please include your name, phone #, e-mail, postal address and reason for the return. All return shipment fees will be the responsibility of the client.
Substitution Policy:
Due to product line changes & availability we can not guarantee that all products featured in photos will always be available. We reserve the right to substitute any item shown with one of equal or greater value.
Allergy Statement:
While our suppliers make every effort to ensure that the only the ingredients shown are included in your gift it is likely that your gift ingredients may have been processed using equipment that has traces of a variety of nut, fruit, grain, dairy or soy products. If your potential recipient or others that might consume the gift are highly allergic to common food products, for their safety, we highly recommend a purchase of a non-food item gift.
